Support partners. You are the ops layer.

Delivery apps centralize support in a call center that never set foot in your city. Zemega does not hire a giant support army. Local partners onboard stores, keep sites alive, and get paid for it.

What you do

  • Help restaurants get online and stay online.
  • Handle the messy work: menus, payments setup, questions, fixes.
  • Earn 0–5% on that store’s orders — negotiated with them, capped at 5%.
  • That fee follows the store, not the website. You get paid when they sell.

Wear two hats if you want

  • Run support for your stores (local partner fee).
  • Also run a multi-store marketing partner site (marketing partner fee 0–10% on orders through that site).
  • Same person. Two roles. Two fee lines when an order hits your site.

This is how the platform scales without becoming another distant corporation that owns the relationship.

Hard truths

  • If stores do not sell, you do not earn. There is no retainer fantasy here unless you negotiate one outside the fee stack.
  • High-volume stores will push your rate down. That is fair. Fight for value or lose the account.
  • You are not “helping Zemega.” You are building a local book of business.
