Who we are
Zemega Inc. provides online ordering software and websites for stores (usually restaurants) and partners.
Who can use it
This platform is for business use. If you sell through a Zemega website, you must be doing so for a business purpose.
Verification
To create a store, or to become a support/marketing partner, ID verification is required.
All placed orders will have a verified phone number and a verified email address.
Merchant of record
The store/seller is always the merchant of record. Customers pay the store. Zemega does not sell the food or goods.
Fees
Reverse Charge VAT may be applicable. Service fees are subject to reverse charge / VAT rules in your own country. Sellers are responsible for handling that correctly. Zemega does not collect VAT on service fees.
Store balance
Zemega keeps a balance for each store/seller. We aim to keep that balance at least slightly positive.
If the balance is negative, we may raise Stripe application fees on next stripe payment to make balance positive again. While the balance is negative, non-Stripe payment options are hidden for your store.
You can top up by credit card (card processing fees apply) or by manual bank transfer via Wise.
Order cancellations
Partners earn zero on cancelled orders. That way fake orders do not pay partners. Sellers can block users to help stop fake or abusive orders.
Stores may cancel for free up to 5% of orders in the last 30 days. Above that, we charge the full advertised application fee on those cancellations. That way fake cancels do not help stores either.
Goal: neither side gains from fake orders or fake cancels.

Stores can block users to help stop fake or abusive orders.
Your responsibility
Sellers set prices, taxes, menu details, fulfillment, refunds, and customer issues. Accurately handling all of that is your responsibility.
Our role
We provide software. A fair and trackable system for everyone to earn money. We do not guarantee sales or how others partners perform.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Zemega after a change, you accept the updated terms.
